Order and wait outside. There is an electronic disc that flashes when you can pick up your meal. Thumbs up for that. Burgers cheap and extremely tasty.

Top burger shop! I can warmly recommend it to everyone. Like to eat burgers there with friends and everything was always perfect. Tip: it's best to place your order on site, then you can save around € 2 per burger.

Was there for the last time tonight. In terms of taste, the burgers were always okay. But let you wait 30 minutes despite ordering and then use the significantly more expensive online price for self-collectors. Sorry not working. Service deserves 0 stars.

Burger good. But customer service = zero! Long wait. Time window not even close. Meat was all. There was no information. Were just left standing in front of the door. Furthermore, the Lieferando prices were charged to us as collectors. Discussion after reference. No apology.

One star deduction, because I don't think it ever happened that you stayed within the delivery time (55min) 🥺. So, patience is the order of the day, but it's worth it. I would still be happy if you could work on the time management ... Ordered today too and I've been waiting for 75 minutes 😔

The burgers here are great! The quality is consistent. You can roast as you wish - there are burgers from the menu or you can put it together yourself. The fries are good. In my opinion, however, not homemade - no matter. Sauces can be a little larger. Choice of drinks good. Only the ambience should be a bit more coherent. Been there for lunch - the crates of drinks stand in the way and stay there because the bottles are put in here by the customers. Not great, but bearable. I give a clear recommendation!

Very good burgers, very juicy, top sauces, they taste really good here. The price is sensational, price performance unbeatable. Simple, small place, but cozy. We always enjoy coming back here.

Ordered once, ate once on site. We would give 4.5 stars for burgers and selection. But there is a lack of service, organization and details (even if the employees are personable). On site, the eggplant burger was served without an eggplant without prior agreement. When asked later, the reason without apology: "The eggplant is over today." For the delivery we had to wait 80 minutes instead of 40, again no excuse. Work on your professionalism, because there is potential.

American here so I think I might have a good gauge of what is a good burger joint. This place is the best burger place in Hannover hands down. The portions, price, and quality of the food it always top notch. The guys that work there are super chill and nice to folks like me who don't speak German. I am not sure how it got its name since NYC isn't known for burgers and Manhattan in particular seems like a strange pick...but idk that's marketing I guess . Either way it's a wonderful, affordable, and delicious burger joint.
